About this show

Following his father's dying wish, village youth Chen He ventures into Black Bear Gully, where a legendary opportunity awaits to change his destiny. Amidst the heavy snow, he discovers Wanning, a spiritual maiden stricken by a rare poison. The toxin resides not in her blood, but in her spiritual root—and Chen He is the only one capable of suppressing it. Though Wanning is cold and hostile upon waking, the poison's relapse forces her to rely on him. In exchange, she reveals a shortcut to join a cultivation sect, launching Chen He on his journey toward immortality.
