Age requirement and record-keeping compliance for XOXOdrama.
1. Adults only
XOXOdrama is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to access the Service. If you are under 18, or if adult content is illegal where you are, leave the site now. Parents and guardians can use filtering software to restrict access to adult sites.
2. Nature of the content
The series on XOXOdrama are fictional short dramas intended for adult audiences. Some or all visual content may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and does not depict real persons or real events. Where content is AI-generated, a label is shown in the player and in the footer.
3. 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping
XOXOdrama is not a producer, primary or secondary, of any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. To the extent any content on the Service is subject to those requirements, the records required by § 2257 are kept by the respective producer and are not maintained by XOXOdrama. Requests regarding such records may be directed to wuming@2upnova.com and will be forwarded to the relevant producer.
4. Reporting
If you believe any content on the Service involves a minor or was published without the consent of a person depicted, report it immediately to wuming@2upnova.com. We review such reports as a priority and remove content pending investigation.
