How to report content on XOXOdrama that infringes your copyright.
1. Our position
XOXOdrama respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
2. Filing a notice
Send a written notice to wuming@2upnova.com that includes: (a) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (b) the URL(s) on XOXOdrama where the material appears; (c) your name, address, telephone number and email; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
3. What happens next
On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the uploader where applicable. We may provide a copy of your notice to the affected party.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing: identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake; your name, address and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which XOXOdrama may be found); and your signature.
5. Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
